Nowcom’s software support staff can export inventory from almost any other program, format and import to your Dealer Desktop. This way you don’t have to manually transfer your existing data.

Dealer Desktop can be installed on as many machines at your location as you want. We have Software Support Technicians available to assist in networking your computers to insure that you can work a deal from any computer in your store.

Minimum Requirements: IBM Pentium-class compatible personal computer with 512MB RAM ( 2GB recommended ), 40 GB Disk Drive, color monitor capable of displaying 800x600 or higher, running XP or higher.

Recommended: Intel® Pentium® dual-core processor compatible personal computer with 2GB RAM, 100GB Disk Drive, color monitor capable of displaying 1024x768 or higher, running Windows, XP or Vista.

If there is a state form which is not included in our system, we will add it FREE of charge. Your custom forms can be included for an additional charge.

Dealer Desktop is compatible with all printer makes and models for report printing. For printing multiple copy forms and legal contracts we require the Okidata Microline 320 Turbo dot matrix printer.

Dealer Desktop’s basic subscription is only $50 per month. This includes unlimited tech support and training from our staff. You can also access KBB/NADA book values for an additional $35 per month. No long term commitment or sign up fees!

Nowcom’s development team is constantly working to improve your existing software. Updates are usually done monthly and at no cost to you. There is no down time, updates are run through the internet while your Dealer Desktop is running.

Since each computer is different we have added the most common pop-up blockers to a list with instructions on how to disable them.
