Plain paper contracts and forms are now offered to independent dealers through Nowcom’s Dealer Desktop
Nowcom, a leading provider of dealer management solutions, has announced a new relationship with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services to integrate its Bankers Systems motor vehicle retail installment contracts into Nowcom’s Dealer Desktop auto dealer software.
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Bankers Systems documents are maintained by the company’s compliance experts who monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting auto finance in all 51 U.S. jurisdictions. These forms are protected by Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ limited compliance warranty and can be printed on any laser or inkjet printer. The dealer will only be charged a small fee per completed deal, which includes the sales contract and all other necessary forms to complete the transaction.
“The integration of plain paper contracts and forms into Dealer Desktop gives our dealers a competitive advantage; by being able to quickly access, edit, and print the necessary paperwork the dealer is able to effectively and efficiently complete the sale,” said Miguel Jurado, Director of Dealer Services.
The integration will give car dealers the ability to preview and edit their contracts and forms before printing them. By eliminating wasteful reprinting due to alignment errors and minimizing the space needed to store bricks of pre-printed forms, the Bankers Systems plain paper forms save time, space, and money. Dealers can also setup “print packs” that will allow them to print all the required contracts and forms with a single click of the mouse. Access to the Bankers Systems contracts and forms is a major benefit for dealers who have previously used Dot Matrix pre printed forms that need to be stored, cannot be edited, and are often difficult to print.
